What I do at Aspire.
I graduated from McDaniel College in Westminster, MD, with a Master's of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and joined Aspire Wellness as a Licenced Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) in 2023. I received my advanced licensure (LCPC) in February 2025.
Why I became a Therapist.
I became a counselor to positively impact others. To help people see the strength they posses within, and provide psychoeducation to facilitate coping skills and growth. I see a range of patients from adolescent to adults, primarily focusing on adult clients. I work with people through grief, depression, anxiety, transitions in life, and much more.
Why I chose to work at Aspire.
I chose to work at Aspire to provide quality mental health services to diverse socio-economic households, including those on Medicaid and Medicare, ensuring they have access to the care they deserve.
My Hobbies and Interests.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with friends and family, reading, getting outside, and exercising.
