- Medication Management Our team of psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners offers comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to develop personalized medication plans. We provide ongoing medication management to monitor progress, make adjustments as needed, and ensure clients receive the most effective pharmacological support for their mental health needs.
- Therapy We provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy to address a wide range of concerns. Our therapists use evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused interventions, to help clients work through challenges, improve communication, and develop healthier coping strategies. Each session is tailored to meet the client’s unique needs, and treatment plans are developed collaboratively to support clients in achieving their personal goals. Our therapists work closely with the medical staff to ensure coordinated care and provide the most comprehensive treatment possible.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
- The Aspire IOP offers a variety of clinical services, including individual, family, and group counseling. While group counseling is the primary treatment approach, individual and family therapy, as well as medication management, are incorporated as needed.
- Our program focuses on supportive and educational activities aimed at achieving a balance between physical and emotional health. Wellness education helps clients maintain overall well-being, while recovery education equips them to function at their highest potential despite challenges. Resilience education fosters self-awareness and builds on personal strengths.
- Clients will meet with an individual provider at least once per month to review and update their person-centered plan. This session tracks progress, documents necessary changes, and adjusts the treatment plan based on ongoing assessments and emerging needs.
- Upon completing IOP, many clients transition to continued care through our OMHC for ongoing support and therapy, ensuring a smooth progression toward long-term recovery.
Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP)
- Aspire is dedicated to supporting individuals with mental health disorders, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and psychotic disorders. Our primary focus is promoting resilience, recovery, and personal growth by teaching life skills that foster independence and well-being.
- We encourage clients to build and utilize natural supports, including family, peers, and community services. Through goal-setting, clients can create a supportive network that enhances their lives and promotes long-term success.
- Services within the PRP are tailored to each client’s unique goals, which are outlined in their individualized treatment plan and reviewed regularly. These goals guide both onsite and offsite activities, with progress documented in daily notes. Goals are reviewed every six months or as needed.
- Clients have the opportunity to engage in activities that help develop community life skills. These may include socialization, cultural events, using public transportation, exploring housing options, and accessing vocational resources. Participating in these activities supports clients in building practical skills, fostering greater independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.
