What I do at Aspire.
I started my journey at Aspire as a student intern between September 2021 and December 2022. I have been working as a licensed counselor at Aspire since September 2023.
Why I became a Therapist.
I decided to pursue a career in the field of mental health out of a longstanding interest in psychology, and my belief that with connection and support, healing and change are possible. It’s immensely rewarding having the opportunity to work with others to help them accomplish their goals.
Why I chose to work at Aspire.
From day one of my internship, to returning as a licensed counselor, the people at Aspire have been incredibly helpful and supportive in my growth as a clinician. Their positivity, availability, and willingness to share their knowledge and experience, made it an easy decision to return to Aspire after finishing my graduate program.
My Hobbies and Interests.
I’m a huge music and movie nerd! I’m also into thrifting and going to garage sales – you never know what you’ll find. In my free time, you’ll find me spending time walking or playing frisbee with my Chesapeake Bay retriever, Cooper.
