I have been with Aspire since October 2023 and quickly advanced from Administrative Assistant to HR Assistant. I try to attend every event Aspire has because I love being a part of the community and helping my fellow teammates.
I chose to work at Aspire because of a heartfelt recommendation, and what stood out to me was the strong sense of family. I was told that everyone at Aspire operates as a true team, supporting one another like family, and that sense of connection immediately drew me in. I wanted more than just a 9-to-5 job—I wanted a workplace that felt like a community, where I could build lasting friendships rather than just clocking in and out without meaningful connections. Aspire has given me exactly that.
Reading, skateboarding, going on nature walks, building Legos, relaxing after a long day, and binge-watching my favorite shows.
