Katherine Kaltenheuser, LMSW

I pursued a bachelor’s degree in psychology at Guilford College in North Carolina and later returned to D.C. where I obtained a Master’s degree in social work at the Catholic University of America. I am a member of Pi Gamma Mu Honors Society of the Social Sciences. I have provided behavioral health services, discharge planning and case management to children, young adults, and older adults. I have experience with complex trauma and mental health disorders ranging from minor to severe. My areas of interest are anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, emotional regulation, and life changes.My hobbies and interests include music (singing and playing guitar), spending time at the beach or in the mountains, and trying new foods.
