Program Director
I grew up in Delaware and attended the University of Delaware for my undergraduate degree majoring in psychology and interpersonal communication.
After moving to Maryland, I fell in love with the city of Baltimore. I pursued my graduate degree from the University of Baltimore and received a master’s degree in applied psychology, counseling. I have experience working in individual and group settings and also with intellectual and developmental disabilities. My areas of special interest are depression, anxiety/stress, relationships, trauma, grief/loss, trauma informed care, and life adjustments. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, going to O’s games, and heading to the beach. I am a lover of all things orange, pumpkin, and Disney.
